Each quiz gift draw states its contact retention period before entry. Our Lost Sun launch draw uses 90 days after entries close. An hourly automated cleanup removes gift-entry parent names, WhatsApp numbers and fulfilment details once the period expires; withdrawal removes them sooner. This does not delete your account or learning progress. Minimal consent and draw audit records remain separately. This cleanup covers platform records, not copies in WhatsApp chats or delivery-provider records.
