IMAJI Kids is a free-to-use digital platform offering interactive educational content, stories, and songs for children.

In these Terms, "IMAJI Kids," "we," "our," or "us" refers to DAFEDAN Global Technologies LLC.

2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• •Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• •Children may only access the platform under supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• •Maintain the security of your login credentials
• •Be responsible for all activity under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Access & Accounts

IMAJI Kids provides access to its library of stories, songs, and printables without charging subscription fees.

Any features previously marked as premium or subscription-based are now accessible for free to registered parents and their children.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use IMAJI Kids only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• ✕Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• ✕Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
• ✕Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• ✕Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on IMAJI Kids, including stories, games, graphics, audio, and software, is owned by or licensed to DAFEDAN Global Technologies LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Children's Use

IMAJI Kids is designed for children under parental supervision.

• •Children cannot create independent accounts
• •Parents are responsible for managing child profiles
• •Parents are responsible for monitoring usage

8. Optional Story Quiz Gift Draws

Printable-upload challenges are retired. If an optional story quiz gift draw is announced, a signed-in parent or legal guardian may enter after answering all ten questions in the designated quiz. A perfect score and a purchase are not required. Entry does not guarantee a gift.

• •Each announced draw states its dates, designated quiz, eligibility, actual gifts, contact retention period and delivery conditions before entry.
• •One entry per parent account per campaign. The number of gifts is stated in each campaign, with up to five distinct entries selected in one confirmed random draw, not by highest quiz score.
• •Winners pay delivery costs or arrange pickup at the collection location stated in the campaign rules. No free delivery is included unless a campaign expressly offers it.
• •No activity file, child photograph or cartoon screenshot is required. Winner contact details are private and no winner gallery is created automatically.

Campaign-specific rules must be reviewed before participation. Parents can withdraw through their gift-draw entry page; withdrawal removes the entry from selection and ends any associated gift fulfilment. Historic consent and draw records may remain.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated or if there is misuse of the platform.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

IMAJI Kids provides educational content for general learning purposes. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAFEDAN Global Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
